As the Project Manager for Media Insights & Analytics, you'll spearhead the delivery of customer insights across diverse platforms and genres. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll design and execute report and research projects, develop reporting methodologies and be consultative to our clients. Your role will involve guiding the analytics team, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring effective stakeholder management. What You'll Do:

Technical & Operational Responsibilities:
  • Align customer measurement infrastructure with organizational research objectives.
  • Formulate tailored analytics plans to meet business goals.
  • Utilize diverse data sources for comprehensive analytics.
  • Uphold data quality control standards.
  • Interpret analytics findings to derive actionable insights.
  • Lead projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • Maintain project discipline and document changes efficiently.
  • Collaborate to efficiently resolve project-related challenges.
  • Facilitate project reviews for timely adjustments.
  • Support seamless new client onboarding and integration.
  • Foster team collaboration and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Review data sets for quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with teams and vendors for streamlined project execution.
  • Manage vendor resources and IT requirements proficiently.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to uphold standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for system maintenance.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.

People Development & Management:
  • Foster team culture and vision through leadership and mentorship.
  • Aid management in implementing Learning & Development roadmap, sourcing training programs for Media Analyst upskilling.
  • Create SOPs/Guidelines to ensure quality deliverables from team members.


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Analyst within the industry.
  • Proficiency in Project Management with extensive work experience.
  • Relevant industry experience in media insights, reporting & analytics.
  • Proven track record of working with Enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, etc.
  • Understanding of research methodologies and basic analysis methods.
  • Knowledge of SaaS-based media tech and platforms, and media measurement KPIs.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven creative and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in Customer Experience (CX) and hands-on experience.
  • Understanding of PR and Marketing roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.
  • Fluent business-level proficiency in German & English with exceptional spelling and grammar skills.
